1. Glossary
The terms used in these rules shall have the following meanings:
- Ticket – a single electronic record confirming the bet via the Internet stored in the Company’s computer system. A ticket may be a confirmation of one or more separate independent bets. A ticket contains, among other things, the following information: the place, date and time of the bet; sports discipline, team name, player being the subject of the bet; picked result; odds; possible winning amount; ticket number and barcode.
- Odds – a numerical value representing the probability of occurrence of an event which is the subject of the bet.
- Offer – the list of events to which specific odds are assigned on the basis of which the player places a bet.
- Rules – mean this document including the principles of placing bets via the Internet, and the rights and obligations of the Company and the player.
- Bet – betting transactions made between the player and the Company in accordance with rules, consisted by events from Company's offer.
- Events – actual and virtual events concerning sport, sport-related events, political, social and entertainment events, whose results or possibility of occurrence can be predicted in accordance with these rules.
2. Rights & Obligations
2.1. The player has the right and obligation to become familiar with these rules and is required to comply with them. Lack of knowledge of the rules may not be used as a basis for claims made by the player.
2.2. The player is obliged to check in his/her own interest whether the content of the prepared ticket corresponds to the intended bet and, if a mistake is found, he/she is obliged to correct the ticket before acceptance. It is not possible to make changes to an already accepted and electronically generated ticket, nor is it possible to cancel an already accepted ticket.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to reject any bet/wager from any player, at any time, on any event or the outcome of any event. The player from whom the Company has not accepted a bet shall have no claim for damages.
2.5. The Company will report any suspected offenses to the relevant authorities if the player commits fraudulent betting or counterfeits a ticket and the accepted bet is void.
2.6. Bets are placed on the licensed website at superbet.com
2.7. A bet can only be placed on events offered on the website.
2.8. A bet can only be placed after the player has registered and created an individual account.
2.9. The Company shall have the right to freely determine the amount of stakes on bets, whereby the amount of winnings from a single ticket may not exceed EUR 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand euro). Irrespective of the data from the operating system, the player is obliged to verify the amount of the stake and the odds on the ticket so as not to exceed the winning amount referred to in the first sentence.
2.10. The Company has the right to refuse to place a bet or limit the amount of the stake on a bet without giving reasons for such decision. Any such limitation or restriction will be communicated to the player when the player attempts to place a bet.
2.11. The Company may withhold payment of winnings for a period of up to 30 days, however, in the event that:
- there is a suspicion that the Account is used or funded by an unauthorized person,
- suspicion that the Customer has committed a criminal offence, in particular offences against the credibility of documents or against property,
- refusal to indicate the sources of gaming capital or refusal to declare the status of a person holding a prominent position or family member of such a person, this period may be extended.
3. Betting Specifics
3.1. Bet types
3.1.1. The Company allows placing the following bets:
- Singles - bets on the outcome of a single event, where the right to win is given if the outcome of the event is correctly determined, Example: The betting offer include the event Legia Warszawa-Lech Poznań. The player decides to place a single bet on Legia winning the match. The player is entitled to win only if the selected team (Legia) wins.
- Multi - bets on the outcome of 2 or more events in which the right to win accrues if the results of all events are correctly determined, unless otherwise announced by the Company, Example: The betting offer include Barcelona-Real Madrid and Chelsea-Liverpool events. The player decides to place a multi bet on Barcelona and Chelsea winning the matches. The player is entitled to win only if both selected teams (Barcelona and Chelsea) win.
- System bets - bets containing various combinations of single and multi bets on a single ticket, where the player is entitled to win if at least one of the single or multi bets is a winner. Example: The betting offer include Arsenal-PSG and Manchester United-Juventus events. The player decide to place a system bet with a 1 out of 2 combination, picking Arsenal as the winner in Group A and Juventus as the winning team in Group B. The player is entitled to the winning amount only if at least one of the picked teams (Arsenal or Juventus) wins the match..
3.1.2. The Company's Offer includes the following Events:
- Prematch - events in which player picks the result before the start of the event. Example: The betting offer includes meetings throughout the weekend round of the Polish Top League. The player has decided to place a bet a few days before the meetings picking the wins of the individual teams.
- Live - events in which player picks the result before and after the start of the event. Example: The betting offer includes an ongoing tennis match between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, in which Roger Federer won Set 1 and in Set 2 Rafael Nadal leads 2:1. The player has decided to place a bet picking Rafael Nadal as the winner of the whole match.
- Events relating to sports, sports-related (e.g. drawing of groups of matches in sports tournaments), political (e.g. election results), cultural (e.g. results of the Oscars), social (e.g. unemployment levels) and entertainment (e.g. ballroom dancing tournaments) events, other than those listed in further parts of these rules, the outcome of which or other circumstances affecting the winnings are not known in advance. The outcome of simulated games is not known at the time the bet is placed and the player is not a participant in the games for which the bet is placed.
3.1.3. The Company may offer the player the SuperBonus product, that allows him to increase the winning of betting slip in relation to the number of events on the ticket.
SuperBonus only increases your winnings when:
- events contained on the ticket are Prematch
- all events on the ticket have a minimum odd of 1.20
SuperBonus increases the player’s winnings from 7% to 100%, depending on the number of events on the ticket, as follows:
- 5 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 7%
- 6 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 10%
- 7 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 15%
- 8 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 20%
- 9 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 25%
- 10 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 30%
- 11 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 35%
- 12 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 40%
- 13 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 45%
- 14 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 50%
- 15 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 55%
- 16 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 60%
- 17 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 65%
- 18 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 70%
- 19 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 75%
- 20 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 80%
- 21 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 85%
- 22 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 90%
- 23 events on the ticket - increased winnings of 95%
- 24 and more events on the ticket - increased winnings of 100%
If one or more events on the ticket are canceled or given odd 1, the SuperBonus will be recalculated taking into account the events that meet the win increment criteria.
The events which belong to the Super Odds may be on the ticket, but they will not be taken into account in the win increment criteria.
Example: If the ticket contains 10 events from the Prematch offer and a minimum price of 1.20 for each, including one event from the Super Odds, the possible winnings will be increased by 25%
3.1.4. The Company may offer players the possibility to bet on SuperBets, which are types of bets consisting of various combinations of single bets belonging to the same match or event. All single bets that make up a SuperBet are subject to the general terms and conditions of the betting rules, including the following:
- If any of the bets out of which a SuperBet is made of is voided, the entire SuperBet will be voided. Exceptions are already settled bets and situations where the course of the match does not change the course of the bet until the end of the match.
- In case of SuperBets containing cards: cards shown to the coaching staff and players on the bench will not be taken into accountcards shown after the last whistle will not be taken into accounta yellow card counts as 1 carda red card counts as 2 cardsa player sent-off following 2 yellow cards is counted as 3 cards.
- In case of SuperBets containing players/goalscorers: If a player does not play any minutes in the match, the bet will be voidedIf the player in question is not on the pitch at the time of the 1st goal in the match, the bet on “to score the 1st goal” will be settled with odd 1.own goals do not count, unless otherwise stated in the betif the match ends with the score 0-0, the bet will be lost.
- In case of SuperBets containing corners, awarded corners that have not been taken are not taken into account.
3.1.5. The Company may offer the player the option to "Cash-out", i.e. to close a ticket early and thus make a withdrawal before the bet is settled. The Company may also offer the option to "Cash-out" by either setting a "Cash-out" amount at which the player's ticket is closed (Auto Cash-out) or to modify your bet leaving a part of the stake (Partial Cash-out).
- The “Cash-out” option is always offered by the Company to the player. It may apply to all types of bets (single, multi, system), but the Company reserves the right to refuse to offer the “Cash-out” option for any ticket of any player, at any time.
- In order to use the “Cash-out” option the player must check the availability of the “Cash-out” option for the chosen ticket. In the case when the “Cash-out” option is available, the player has the right to: close the bet and receive payment of the winning amount before the completion of all events included in the ticket, in which case the decision to close the ticket shall require the approval by the Company;cancel the bet and obtain a refund of a part of the stake, in which case the decision to cancel the ticket shall require the approval by the Company;resign from the “Cash-out” option.
- The winning amount in the “Cash-out” option proposed by the Company shall be calculated individually for each ticket as the product of the stake and the “Cash-out” index.
- In the case of using the Cash-out option, the player loses the right to obtain the winning amount originally fixed in the ticket.
3.1.6. The Company publishes detailed information on all bets directly in the offer and in official announcements. Details may include, but are not limited to, stake limits, winnings levels, the maximum number of events per ticket, etc.
3.1.7. The Company has no obligation to provide the player with additional information concerning any events, e.g. type of surface in tennis, venue of the match, the current result in the case of live bets, injured players etc. The Company ensures that it shall make sure that any information given hereunder is true, but the player has the right and the obligation to verify the same on their own.
3.1.8. The betting rules described in section “3.3. ACCEPTING BETS” below apply to all types of bets described in the Section “3.1. BET TYPES”
3.2. Odds & winning amount
3.2.1. Odds for individual events are published on the Company's Website.
3.2.2. Odds for events specified by the Company may change, but the odds accepted by the player and included in the ticket are binding for both the player and the Company, regardless of later changes, except in cases specified in the section “Official result and “Refund of bets.”
3.2.3. The Odds for events set by the Company for the betting option shall be used to calculate the winnings.
3.2.4. The winning amount for a particular bet shall be calculated as the product of the stakes paid, the index determined by the Company and the product of the event odds. The Company reserves the right to increase the winning amount, e.g. depending on the number of events picked by the player, for selected types of bets or sports discipline, etc.
3.2.5. The winning amount set in the ticket is binding for both the player and the Company, except in the cases referred to in the Section “Official results and “Refund of bets.”
3.2.6. The winning amount in a bet shall be assigned to the account after the announcement of the official result.
3.2.7. In the case of an event in which two or more participants (players, teams etc.) take the same place, odds for this event shall be divided by the number of participants who have taken the same place. The principle described above shall apply to all events for which the above mentioned situation occurs.
3.3. Bets acceptance
3.3.1. Bets shall be accepted after publication of the Company's offer on the website.
3.3.2. Bets may be placed only on those events that are currently in the Company's offer.
3.3.3. After reading the offer, rules and official announcements, the player shall place bets via the website using his/her account.
3.3.4. The player is obliged to verify compliance of the bet being placed with the information in the ticket.
3.3.5. The ticket, which is the only confirmation of the bet, shall be generated for the player only after payment of the stake.
3.3.6. By placing the bet, the player declares that he/she:
- does not know the outcome of the event covered by the bet,
- owns the funds for the bet,
- is familiar with the content of these rules and official announcements, and understands and accepts them.
3.3.7. The outcome of the event that determines the winning amount must not be known before placing the bet.
3.3.8. A bet placed in violation of the rules will be void.
3.3.9. The selection of a bet, after logging in on the website, is made by clicking on the individual odds of the events. Each click on the odds corresponding to a particular betting option creates a betting ticket proposal. After selecting the type of bet and specifying the stake for individual ticket, the potential winnings are automatically calculated. 3.3.10. The Company reserves the right to authorize a bet placed. The process of authorization is limited to those bets that the Company deems to be unsafe e.g. repeated bets placed by the same player on the same events, bets containing high stakes or with repeated patterns as well as any other bets that the Company deems to be suspicious or risky. The player is informed on the website or via mobile application about the fact of authorization and its result i.e. approval, rejection or change of bet. 3.3.11. The player should be aware of possible differences in the actual outcome of the betting event resulting from e.g. delayed television or radio transmissions. Whilst the Company makes every effort to ensure that information regarding live scores and statistics is correct, such information is for information purposes only and should be used as a guide. The Company does not accept liability for any errors in live scores, game times, statistics or any other information which will be made available in the live betting offer. It is in the player's interest to monitor the progress and results of the event at his/her own discretion as any mistakes regarding the actual outcome of the event will not be taken into account in the determination of a claim.
3.4. Official results
3.4.1. The Company publishes the results of events on the website, after obtaining information from official sources, within 3 calendar days from the date of completion of the event being the subject of the bet. If the Company does not obtain information from official sources within 3 calendar days after the event, the stake for the relevant bet shall be refunded.
3.4.2. In the event that the result published by the Company is incorrect beyond any reasonable doubt, the Company reserves the right to change the result to a correct one and thus recalculate all tickets containing an event with a changed result. If the player has used the wrongly assigned amount before making the correction (has withdrawn the funds or used them against other bets), the Company may request the player to return the wrongly assigned funds and suspend the Account until the debt is settled.
3.4.3. For the purposes of announcement of the official result, the Company shall use the following rules for all events:
- the official result is deemed to be the result obtained on the field of play during regular playing time, unless otherwise stated in the bet,
- results announced by a commissioner or commission shall not be recognised, for example in the context of doping control, walkover, protests, etc.,
- if for any reason the event is repeated, the result of the first event is correct,
- if the event is played twice on the same day, the result of the first event is correct.
3.4.4. In the case of disciplines with strictly limited game time, the official result shall be the result obtained in regular time, including time added by the referee for breaks in the game (e.g. 2x45min in football and 2-3 minutes added by the referee), unless there are other mentions, e.g. a friendly match in football with the game time 2x30min. Exceptions to this rule are permitted, however, they must be previously announced by the Company.
3.4.5. If the event has been cancelled or has not been completed, and the conditions to determine the result of the event have been met, the official result shall be announced in accordance with the result reached upon interruption of the meeting. Example 1: If the player place a bet that in 1st half of a football match, 2 or more goals will be scored and the match is interrupted in the 40th minute with 1:1, the bet remains valid and is winning. Example 2: If the player place a bet that in the 1st half of a football match, 2 or more goals will be scored and the match is interrupted in the 40th minute with 0:0, the event will be cancelled.
3.4.6. In the case of events involving Athletics, Skiing, Swimming, Formula 1 and Moto GP, the official result shall be the first official announcement of the results. Subsequent individual changes as well as changes announced by any committees shall not be taken into account.
3.4.7. In case of withdrawal of a player in Events involving Athletics, Skiing, Swimming, Formula 1 and Moto GP, for the purposes of determination of the result in a “who is better” bet, the player who has completed a longer distance shall be considered the winner (number of laps, pool lengths). Example: if in Formula 1 competition competitor X withdraws from the competition after driving 55 laps, and player Y withdraws from the competition after driving 57 laps, the better competitor in the “who is better” pair is player Y.
3.4.8. In the case of Events involving Athletics, Skiing, Swimming, Formula 1 and Moto GP when a player fails to qualify for the final round, but participated in previous rounds (e.g. qualifications), bets on the final classification in the competition, winning in the competition remain valid. Example, if player X announced his/her participation in a ski jumping competition, then he/she took part in a training session or qualifying round and failed to qualify for the main event, Bets on victory or a particular place by player X in the competition remain valid, and shall not be refunded
3.4.9. In case of Football (Soccer) events:
- Corners awarded which have not been taken do not count towards settlement of the bets
- When settling bets on cards, where the color of the card (yellow or red) is not stated: Cards shown to the coaching staff and players on the bench will not be taken into accountCards shown after the last whistle will not be taken into accountA yellow card counts as 1 cardA red card counts as 2 cardsA player sent-off as a result of 2 yellow cards is counted as 3 cards
- When settling bets on points on cards: A yellow card is considered 10 points, a red card 25 points. The second yellow card of a player is not taken into account. As a consequence, a player cannot amount more than 35 points.Cards shown after the last whistle will not be taken into accountCards shown to the coaching staff and players on the bench will not be taken into account
- When settling bets on scorers, own goals are not taken into account.
3.4.10. In case of Tennis events:
- If a match is decided by a match tie-break, it will be considered as 3rd set.
- For the settlement of games, all tie-breaks or match tie-breaks are counted as 1 game.
3.4.11. In case of Ice Hockey events, for all bets which include overtime and/or penalties, if a match is decided after penalties, a goal will be added to the score of the winning team and to the settlement of Totals markets. This rule does not apply to bets made on regular time.
3.4.12. In case of Baseball events:
- In case of Prematch bets, all bets will be settled taking into account the overtime (extra-innings), where the case. If the match ends in a draw and there are no overtime or we have a draw even after overtime, the Company gives odd 1 to the Final Result market, and the rest of the bets (handicaps, totals etc.) are settled according to the result after the match ends (in regular time or after overtime, if the case)
- In case of Live bets, all bets will be settled according to the result after 9 innings ( 8 and 1/2 innings if the home team leads up to this point), unless otherwise stated.
3.4.13. In case of Cricket events:
- If the match is in a tie and the official rules of the competition does not determine a winner, or if the rules of the competition determine a winner through a coin toss or draw, then all unsettled bets will receive odd 1.
- In case of bets on Twenty 20, ODI: at least 90% of all overs allocated for innings must have been played in the moment of bet placement for the types of bets to be settled, excepting when innings have reached their natural conclusion.
- All bets on Final Result will be settled according to the official rules of the competition. If the event is affected by unfavorable weather, all bets are settled according to the official result.
3.5. Refunding bets
3.5.1. A single event shall be void when:
- the event did not take place, was cancelled, interrupted or suspended, and was not played again within 48 hours from the original time, except as described in the section “3.4. Official result”,
- upon interruption of the match and/or not completing the meeting, the result of the event cannot be clearly determined,
- the event was incorrectly described by the Company, for example the event was not to take place,
- an obvious writer's mistake, system error or obvious mistake was made when entering data. Small errors in the name of a player or team name shall not be taken into consideration if the subject of the bet is unaffected and if the player or team can be identified beyond any doubt despite the errors,
- the bet for any reason was placed after the start of the event, with the exception of live betting, but the actual start date of the event taken into consideration shall be the date obtained from official and other reliable sources,
- the bet was for any reason placed after settling the event.
- a player/team for any reason did not participate in the event. This provision does not apply in case of withdrawal or disqualification of a player/team during the competition from further participation. In this case, bets shall be considered valid and a player's/team's result shall be in compliance with the official results, unless the Company announces otherwise,
- the event has not been completed with an official result or the Company is not able to determine the result of the event based on official or other reliable sources,
- the event does not meet the conditions set out by the Company in the subject matter of the bet, e.g. in the event “How many goals will be scored by John Doe in the next 10 games?” and the player for any reason plays a smaller number of matches,
- the venue of the event has been changed, e.g. home pitch instead of the away pitch, with the exception of event played on a neutral ground, tournaments, long-term competitions,
- competition rules have been changed after placing the bet, unless the Company announces otherwise prior to placing the bet,
- for any reason, there are logically connected events on the ticket, e.g. Brazil will win the World Cup and Brazil will be on the podium, are for any reason included in the ticket. In this case, only the event which was earlier inserted in the Company offer or the one with a lower number shall be considered valid, and the other shall be voided,
- in Athletics, Swimming, skiing, Formula 1 and Moto GP both players being the subject matter of a “who is better” bet withdraw at the same stage of the competition, e.g. on the same lap,
- the Company has defined additional rules, which form the basis for cancellation of the event and has communicated the same to the players before placing the bet.
- In case of any Live bets, if the Organizer offered odds with incorrect match time, we reserve the right to give odd 1.
- In case of any changes which occurred because of the video assistant referee (VAR), which affected the score/cards/corners/penalties, from the moment the event occurred to the moment the decision is taken by the officials, we reserve the right to give Odd 1.
3.5.2. Cancellation of an Event shall mean changing the odds from the initial value to 1.00. A cancelled event shall not affect the win or lose status of the bet, but it shall influence the winning amount, which shall be recalculated to reflect changes to the odds for the cancelled event.
3.5.3. Ticket stake shall be refunded when:
- all events covered by the ticket have been voided,
- the bet was accepted in breach of the rules.
3.5.4. The Company has the right to void any bet in the following cases:
- reasonable suspicion of use of the player's account by an unauthorized person,
- reasonable suspicion that the player has committed a criminal offence, including but not limited to offences against property or document reliability which have an impact on the bets placed,
- reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing,
- credible information is received about the player committing a crime or a misdemeanor, coming from authorized institutions, including but not limited to law enforcement authorities, banks, payment institutions or application by the Company of financial security measures or other legal tools, provided for in the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing,
3.5.5. Voiding of a bet is done by the Company's decision of which the player is notified and it may take place before the bet is settled as well as after its settlement.
These rules shall be read in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions.
